A flexible 1-hour drop‑in group class that combines strength and cardio conditioning with yoga and breathwork to support full‑body fitness and recovery. Participants can join when it fits their schedule to build strength, improve endurance, and release stress through mindful movement and guided breathing. Ongoing weekly sessions: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays at 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, and 6:30 pm (1-hour classes).
